This bundle is tailored for businesses with employees who require bi-weekly payroll, quarterly federal and state tax filings, and proactive financial reporting. We use QuickBooks Online Advanced to deliver accurate, timely, and insight-driven bookkeeping—so you can focus on running your business.
This Service Bundle Package Includes (Monthly):
- Transaction Management: Documenting and categorizing up to 300 business transactions/month directly within your QuickBooks Online company file. Entries are updated weekly, with a full reconciliation at month-end.
- Bank Account Reconciliation: Meticulous reconciliation for five (5) business bank accounts/credit cards accounts weekly. This ensures accuracy and completeness by the end of each month.
- Credit Card Reconciliation: Reconciliation of associated business credit card accounts linked via data feeds within QBO. This service is performed on a weekly basis at the end of your business workweek.
- Accounts Receivable (AR) Support: Reconciliation of your outstanding customer invoices. We can also assist with debtor reminders to help manage your cash flow. This service is performed on a weekly basis at the end of your business workweek. Based on the information being entered and reconciled in QuickBooks Online ( (Note: Additional cost added to your monthly bundle price for each invoice or statement mailed)
- Accounts Payable (AP) Support: Reconciliation of your bills payable, ensuring you know what you owe on a weekly basis. This service is performed on a weekly basis at the end of your business workweek. Based on the information being entered and reconciled in QuickBooks Online.
- Bi-Weekly Payroll Processing : Direct Deposit Only - Bi-Weekly Payroll for 1–5 employees via direct deposit, including payroll tax filing and employee payments. Additional employees: $20/month per person. (Required QuickBooks Payroll subscription billed separately.)
- Data Feed Maintenance: Monitoring and maintaining the automated bank and credit card transaction feeds into your QBO software (one company). This service is performed on a weekly basis at the end of your business workweek.
- Financial Reporting: Based on the information being entered and reconciled in QuickBooks Online. Providing standard monthly financial statement reports once at the end of the accounting period giving you a clear overview of your business's financial activity and cash flow by the 3rd business day of the following month. Financial Reports Provided include Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, Cash Flow, A/R Report, A/P Report and any other reports as needed.
- Quarterly Texas Sales Tax and Use & Franchise Tax Filing: One (1) Quarter. Reconcile sales tax accounts, prepare and file State of Texas Sales Tax and Use and Texas Franchise tax returns on a quarterly basis as required ensuring compliance and avoiding penalties. Client is responsible for the payment of all State required fees and taxes due.
- Quarterly Estimated Federal Income Tax Filing: One (1) Quarter. Prepare and filing of Estimated Federal Tax Payments on a quarterly basis ensuring compliance and avoiding penalties. Client is responsible for the payment of all Federal Required Fees and Taxes due.
- Cost Reduction Analysis: Based on the information being entered and reconciled in QuickBooks Online provide a report identifying areas where your business can cut unnecessary expenses or optimize spending.
- Basic Support: Responsive email, text and phone call support for questions related to your monthly bookkeeping reports and services. Troubleshooting assistance related to the bookkeeping services provided within this package.
Software & Subscriptions:
- QuickBooks Online: This package is optimized for QuickBooks Online (QBO) Advanced. To provide convenience and cost savings, Crossway Associates manages your QBO Essentials subscription at our 30% wholesale pricing. The cost of this subscription will be added to your monthly invoice for reimbursement alongside the package fee.
- Secure Document Storage: We utilize a secure client portal for document exchange and storage. Crossway Associates pays for your access to this system in advance, and the cost for this subscription will also be added to your monthly invoice for reimbursement.
Important Terms & Conditions:
- Minimum Term: A minimum commitment of three (3) months is required for this service package.
- Scope: This package is designed for the specific services and transaction/account limits outlined above. If your needs change or grow significantly, a Service Change Order will be required to adjust the scope and pricing accordingly.
- Excluded Costs: The monthly package fee does not include the cost of physical supplies such as specialized forms, envelopes, postage, etc., which would be billed separately if required.
