Perfect for ensuring your core monthly financial compliance, this package uses QuickBooks Online (QBO) to keep your business finances organized, accurate, and up-to-date. We handle these essential bookkeeping tasks efficiently, freeing you up to focus on running your business and serving your customers.
This Service Bundle Package Includes (Monthly):
- Transaction Management: Documenting and categorizing up to 25 - 100 business transactions per month directly within your QuickBooks Online company file once a month at the end of the month.
- Bank Account Reconciliation: Meticulous reconciliation for one (1) primary business bank account to ensure accuracy once a month at the end of the month to close the accounting period.
- Credit Card Reconciliation: Reconciliation of associated one (1)
business credit card accounts linked via data feeds within QBO.
- Accounts Receivable (AR) Support: Reconciliation of your outstanding customer invoices. We can also assist with debtor reminders to help manage your cash flow. (Note: Additional cost added to your monthly bundle price for each invoice or statement mailed)
- Accounts Payable (AP) Support: Reconciliation of your bills payable, ensuring you know what you owe.
- Data Feed Maintenance: Monitoring and maintaining the automated bank and credit card transaction feeds into your QBO software (one company).
- Financial Reporting: Providing standard monthly financial statement reports once at the end of the accounting period giving you a clear overview of your business's financial activity and cash flow by the 3rd business day of the following month. Financial Reports Provided include Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, Cash Flow, A/R Report, A/P Report and any other reports as needed.
- Basic Support: Troubleshooting assistance related to the bookkeeping services provided within this package.
Software & Subscriptions:
- QuickBooks Online: This package requires QuickBooks Online (QBO) Basic. To simplify things and provide cost savings, Crossway Associates pays for your QBO Basic subscription monthly in advance at our wholesale pricing. The cost of this subscription will be added to your monthly invoice for reimbursement alongside the package fee.
- Secure Document Storage: We utilize a secure client portal for document exchange and storage. Crossway Associates pays for your access to this system in advance, and the cost for this subscription will also be added to your monthly invoice for reimbursement.
Important Terms & Conditions:
- Minimum Term: A minimum commitment of three (3) months is required for this service package.
- Scope: This package is designed for the specific services and transaction/account limits outlined above. If your needs change or grow significantly, a Service Change Order will be required to adjust the scope and pricing accordingly.
- Excluded Costs: The monthly package fee does not include the cost of physical supplies such as specialized forms, envelopes, postage, etc., which would be billed separately if required.
